Leadership Conference Feedback
The following ideas were collected at the 2022 Leadership Conference:
speakers, craft projects, visiting museums, singing and having music groups. We have had drama groups from the high school practice their presentations on us, and we have made donations of funds to help various school’s groups get to state and national competitions
sing several songs at each meeting
We honored two charter members of our chapter last spring and used music as part of the program honoring them. we met at pottery shop, knitting mini-Christmas stockings, decorating cookies, and fondue creations
Singing, crafts, MAHE programs such as inviting an artist, musician or writer to present a program, making something together. We have invited artists in. We visit CTE classrooms and make stuff! (Woodworking, etc.)
We also meet for a ‘girls’ night’ and have done Painting studio and jewelry making.
We usually visit with an author once a year.
